Driving DirectionsComing from the East on I-94Take the Lyndale/Hennepin Exit off I-94 in downtown Minneapolis just prior to the Lowry Tunnel. Stay in furthest left hand lane of the exit ramp. The exit sign will direct you to Hennepin Av. S. When you merge off the exit ramp you will be heading South on Hennepin Av. Go about 10 blocks. Notice when you pass through the "Uptown Area" which is centered at the intersection of Hennepin Av. and Lake St. (30 th ). Continue on Hennepin Av. past Lake St. and past 31 st St. We are the fourth building on the East (left) side of Hennepin Av. after 31 st St. As you approach the building, you may enter the driveway to our parking lot (14 spaces) on the North side of our building. Coming from the West on I-94 and I-394When coming from I-394, take the Dunwoody Blvd. Exit. Take Dunwoody Blvd. to Hennepin/Lyndale Av. S. (Hennepin Av. and Lyndale Av. are merged here.) Use the right hand turn land to merge onto Hennepin/Lyndale Av. S. When coming from I-94, take the Hennepin/Lyndale Av. Exit just prior to the Lowry Tunnel. Stay in the second right hand lane since the right hand lane will exit onto I-394 West. The exit sign will direct you to Hennepin/Lyndale Av. S. Move over to the right hand lane as you approach the intersection with Dunwoody Blvd. Follow signs directing you to Hennepin Av. S. The left hand lanes go to Lyndale Av. S. or to I-94 East. Continue on Hennepin Av. S. and follow the directions from #1 above beginning with "Go about 10 blocks..." Coming from the South on I-35WTake the Lake St./31 st St. Exit. The first cross street at the end of the ramp is 31 st St. Take a left onto 31 st St. and go about 12-14 blocks to Hennepin Av. S. Turn left onto Hennepin Av. S. We are the fourth building on the East (left) side. As you approach the building, you may enter the driveway to our parking lot (14 spaces) on the North side of our building. Coming from the North on I-35WAs you approach Minneapolis keep in the right hand lane and follow the signs to exit onto I-94 West. Then follow the directions in #1 above.
