Pathways provides programs that are designed to support a creative healing response to life threatening illnesses.
The programs provide emotional support, meditation, imagery and positive attitudes which can contribute to the healing process. Persons in health crisis, families, friends, and caregivers are encouraged to explore new possibilities and discover that joy and dignity are always at hand.
Pathways affirms that healing can occur at physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Give to the Max Day - a huge success!
Thank you to all who generously donated to Pathways via GiveMN for Give to the Max Day held on Nov. 17, 2009.
Your gifts totaled $12,345.43!
The total includes the gracious match provided by multiple foundations. GiveMN offered a match for every dollar donated to Pathways. Donations made during Give to the Max Day received a portion of the $500,000 match contributed by the Minneapolis Foundation, St. Paul Foundation and Bush Foundation.
Thank you for your generous donation and maximizing your support to Pathways.
Winter 2009 Annual Campaign
Pathways is proud to be celebrating 20 years of service to the Twin Cities community. Volunteers and staff have committed over 2 decades to provide a quiet sanctuary where people facing chronic or life-threatening illness can retreat, reflect, reenergize and explore new healing opportunities.
In addition to marking this milestone anniversary for Pathways, 2009 has witnessed the organization’s first transition in leadership following the retirement of Executive Director, Howard Bell. During this changeover, a wonderful reflection of the long-time staff and volunteers at Pathways has been the uninterrupted delivery of programs and services -- over 9,000 scheduled visits by our participants this year! We look forward to finding and offering innovative services and programs to maximize the contributions from our committed volunteers and generous donors.
This year, we invite you to make a gift to our 2009 Annual Campaign to help us reach our goal of $170,000- a modest increase of $22,000 over last year. Your financial support this year is even more critical.
We have some large undertakings in the works that will improve our reaching and providing services to those in need, including:
- Enhancements and updates to our Renewing Life core program.
- New on-line scheduling system, new hardware and software, for participants and providers.
- Creation of a new, vibrant Pathways website.
Ways to donate:
Vounteers are an integral part of our operations, we are extremely grateful for your talent, skills and time dedicated to helping others' well-being. Many volunteer opportunities are available!! Thank you for your continued support and thoughtful consideration.
